In the old Capitol Hill Bank building, the Bank is situated on the corner of Colfax and York/Josephine. Has a nice atmosphere, lots of sports and good drink specials (owned by the same people as the Park Tavern so hold onto those tokens!). Just steer clear of the food, its nothing to write home about.
