the sundowner; a.k.a., the slumdowner, scumdowner. the only divey dive bar your gonna find in downtown boulder. Best deal they got is a $6 pitcher of PBR. Free pool during the day, and crazy mad house on weekend nights, it's always full of CU students (minus the fraternity and sorority crowd).

Let us now praise The Sundown Saloon...

The Sundowner remains an all time favorite. While sadly my visits have decreased in frequency, they have not in quality. Still remains one of the best jukeboxes you will find in any establishment, anywhere thanks to the staff's unruly and eclectic musical taste.
