Steuben's is named after a bar in Boston that was opened in 1945. They respect the history of the name and the decor is top notch. Their food selection of American classics is well worth the visit. The bar is a great hangout and a perfect addition to Denver.

I agree, the design is kickass. My fave when it comes to last-minute dinner or sunday hangover brunch. The crowd is perfect for people-watchers. So interesting!
