The Southern Sun has much more space than it's older sibling The Mountain Sun. They have a good patio that is far under utilized. They have some great hand crafted original beers with ingredients like rice, raspberry and coffee. The atmosphere is very open and friendly. Most of the tables that are not booths are just big picnic tables, where you can stretch out and play some dominoes, checkers, cards or Jenga.

forilla. Their microbrews are delicious. And among the checkers and what not they also have scrabble and chess. And the jalepeno burger (made with all natural beef)? Delicious. a must visit in boulder.

Great bar in Boulder with micro brews and great food.
