I love this place! But then again I love the Highland Tavern, Don's Mixed Drinks, The Garage and The Squire Lounge. I'm happy and comfortable in any bar where I can talk to the person next to me and not feel like they think I am hitting on them. A good pour by an attentive bartender helps, too. I don't care how someone wants to label the Satellite...dive bar, game room, bar...it's one of my favorite places to hang out.

Dive bar? This is no dive bar. Dive bars have character in their people, their staff and the structure itself. You know that feeling you get when you walk into a 'Model Home'? It's a house, all the parts are there, but the profound feeling of everything being staged and fake is overwhelming? That's how this bar feels. It might just be because it's new and has no 'lived in' feeling but the Highland Tavern is the same way and owned by the same people. However, having said that - Spiderman Pinball RULES.
