Divey bar is correct. Go in any night and you'll be the outsider as the only other people that go there right now are people that have lived in the neighborhood for 50 years or so. They're friendly though, and the food is great (when they serve it). Free pool, too. Interesting to see if "divey" becomes "hip and divey" as the neighborhood continues to change. If Phil is flexible, he could really capitalize on that transition...
