One of Boulder's only bars that's neither upscale nor a college bar. About a dozen beers are on top, but they don't clean their lines very often. Drinkers at the bar, pool sharks, and occasional karaoke singers make up the not young (but not old) clientèle. There is a patio, lots of pool tables, TVs, shuffleboard, and reasonably priced rinks.

Ha ha ha. Very funny. This is the REAL kg60sd here. Nice prank. Truth is, I am NOT gay. I have been going to the Outback Saloon since December 1996 and even though within the last month, an employee there publicly ridiculed my wife, a customer threatened to shoot my dogs and now someone decided it would be cute to use my screen name to post a comment, I still like going there because my FRIENDS hang out there. I can't wait to find out who posted that comment under my screen name. I won't be buying you a round, that's for sure!
Although, I have to admit that I was led to believe that the comment was much worse than it actually is. Still, get a life!

Best Bar Ever! Hottest Bartender w/ a southern twang -and just like a true southern belle-she doesn't take any grief; managed by the fiercest bar manager (and chicken smoker) in town.
This is the best gay bar in Boulder. The Yard closed and the Outback Saloon management welcomed us over their regulars. We run the place now.
Very decently average. What lacks in atmosphere makes up for in drink prices and numerous pool tables.
Oh man this place brings back memories. Introfilms and I were thrown out of there one night when we kinda crashed a private party. This is a great place to play pool though.
