Some may be opposed, but I really think this is the best bar in Denver if you want to be able to dance a little. And besides the dancing, the place offers innumerable sources of entertainment. There is always at least one Bachelorette Party and/or large group Girls Night Out event (yeah, that has been me before), 3rd string Denver Bronco players have been known to hang out and get digits, don't be surprised to run into super cute Bobby Flay look-alikes who just need you to tell them that they are cute to make their night, and there is pretty much always a line up of some sort to get in (so you know its THAT cool). And it is almost guaranteed that you will witness at least one altercation throughout the course of the night - chics having cat fights on the dance floor or guys threatening and/or throwing punches. No worries though - the big buff security guards are always nearby to pounce before anything gets too exciting. In all seriousness, I do like the place. The main floor is a good hang out, mingle, check-out-the-scene place to start. Then there is the upstairs "lounge" area with little areas with couches and tables for your gang to hang out and order a bottle, and when you are tired of sitting you can hit up the dance floor on the lower level. Its sure to be dark and featuring some great collection of 80s 90s and 00s (or whatever you call the music of this generation). And if you are a little ADD like some of us, you can pass the night making the rounds. Last but not least...don't be turned off by the cover charge because the money-collector girls have been known to hand out stacks of free VIP access cards so you can come back again for another fantastically memorable night!
