Much better than you think it could possibly be. Out-of-the-way Kiva serves amazingly good, fairly inexpensive Mexican food with a bit of a southwestern twist. Their margarita selection is excellent, with their blue house "Kivarita" being an amazing bargain. There are happy hour specials every day and an all-day, all-you-can-drink "brunch" special on Sundays. Inside is an invitingly atmospheric dining room and bar; two patios (one smoking, one non-) round out your options. Try the corn.

I enjoyed Kiva. The happy hour was well-run and inexpensive and the drinks were good. Good appetizers. And great patio. I'll definitely go again.

The Sunday brunch menue was fantastic. The cinnimon rolls are a great way to start and I had an amazing steak sandwich. The bottomless mimosa's definatly kept me there a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was a great time for me and all my friends.

A great place to go for a twist on typical mexican food. The enchiladas mole were delicious. They also have a great happy hour on a couple of the best patios in Denver.
