Decent place, food is good but the beer selection is pretty pedestrian.

I would not call this a pub but I wouldn't call it a meat market either. It's more like what you would imagine Old Chicago and Chili's were like before they turned into a franchise. Kind of cheesy and nondescript but cozy and welcoming in some juvenile way.

The food was well worth the long wait for a table.

If you're looking for a tightly packed meat-market, this is the place to go. Difficult to get to the bar to order drinks if you don't have a table (read: get a table). Food is really good.

Even thought the Mayan has it's own bar, I would much rather go to the hornet for a post movie drink. Good chips and salsa to.
