Trendy Belgian cafe featuring a serious selection of Belgian beers you won't find elsewhere. Good food and excellent drink.

I believe in freedom of speech, but I must disagree with Salinda. I happened to be sitting at the bar when the owner took time out of his busy schedule to contact the writer of a nasty letter sent in the mail by Salinda. If Salinda thinks the fresh mussels at Costco is classier then Cheeky Monk, wow, where do these people coome from.
As I drank my Gouden Carolus Cuvee Van de Keizer I realized how awesome this place really is. Unique beer selection and great food. I never had a problem with service, but then again, I always walk in happy. It reminded me of being in Brussels. This place truly rocks and I would recommended it to anyone. Sometimes they are out of certain beers, but most of the beers come directly from small breweries in Belgium and supply is very limited. (This is out of the owners hands) That's why I love this place. They really try to bring some of the best beer in the world for us to enjoy out of the coolest glasses around. By the way, I can't tell if the mussels are fresh or frozen and neither can my friends. They are awesome either way and I personally think most places serve frozen because of all the recent health scares.

As a Belgian native, I had high hopes for this restaurant, however my wife and I were utterly disapointed with the food and service. A combination of lukewarm served food with extremely poor service made us cancel our dinner and go to a different Denver restaurant. Mussels are frozen, not fresh - where every other classy place serves them fresh, food was served luke warm, food is Belgian imitation at best, 2 popular monk beers were not available and the service was the most horrible we've ever had. Upon contacting the owner with the above listed items, one excuse after the other was mentioned and responsibility was squarely brushed off. This place compares simply to an ordinary road-side diner with inflated prices. Needless to say we will never go back ever again.

From the outside you can't tell that this place sells $10 beers. Classy inside and the beer is worth every penny...each premium draft is served in it's own branded glass.

I am in love w/ this place! Gotta try "Duchess de Bourgogne", it kinda tastes like candy.

Man this place is good. The beer selection can't be beat. The food was great to, I had the Flemish Beef Stew. Tasty.

You can drink a Leffe Blond or Chimay White on tap. You can eat a Belgium waffle with hazelnut and bananas. Oh Ni@#a please........ It doesn't get much better. I think I just creamed my pants thinking about it.
